The short version. We collect very little: enough to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work and keep our business records. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone who wants to sell you something. This site sets no cookies.

Your number or address, and whatever you say in the call, voicemail or message, so we can reply.
Your name, a phone number, and the best time to ring. We use it only to call you back.
Your name, address, phone number and email, the written scope we agree, and our invoices.
We keep no copy of your files. They stay on the machine in your house, which you own. We work with them only during sessions you are present for, over an encrypted connection that you can switch off, and that access is removed when our work ends.
The AI model account is set up in your own name. What you send to it is governed by that company’s terms with you, which we show you before setup. If you choose the house-only setup, nothing is sent out at all.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not pass it to data brokers, marketers, or anybody else who wants to sell you something. We do not add you to a marketing list. If you ask us not to contact you again, that is the end of it.
This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not tell us who you are. Because we do not track you across sites, a browser “Do Not Track” setting changes nothing here.

They handle information on our instructions only. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
Inquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records, such as the agreement and invoices, are kept for seven years, which our tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You don't need a special request, and there's no charge. If you are a California resident, California law gives you the rights to know, to correct, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. To ask, use the call-back form on our home page, or write to us at the address below. We respond within 45 days, and usually within two business days.
Information you send us travels encrypted, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we hold very little, which is the best protection there is.
This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we change the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
