That instinct does not retire with the business. What goes is the organization around it — the people who caught the detail, remembered the last meeting, and put the right page in your hand before you walked into the room. That holds whether you have already sold or are getting ready to.
That gap is what this is for. No technical background is expected, wanted, or useful here.
Your own machine, set up around you. It knows who you are, it holds everything you give it, and it does the work — reading, drafting, comparing, keeping track.
Then one of us sits with you, session after session, on your own real work, until you can do it without us.
One without the other is half a thing. A tool nobody taught you to use goes in a drawer. Lessons with nothing to practice on are a hobby.
The machine is yours. You own the hardware outright — it is bought, not rented, and it sits in your house. Your papers, your correspondence, and your records live on it. What goes out when it thinks, and to whom, is explained below — and you can choose a setup where nothing leaves the house at all. Nobody here holds your documents, and when the teaching is finished there is nothing to keep renewing with us.
The thinking runs on the world’s leading AI models, through an account in your own name. By default the intelligence does not sit in the box. Your machine sends the question out to that model and brings the answer back, and the account is yours — billed directly at their price, with no markup from us and no reseller in between. Two things follow. The internet connection has to be up. And you get frontier-level thinking rather than a lesser model that happens to fit in a closet.
Or the model can live in the house as well. Given a powerful enough machine, we will put a capable model on your own hardware, so that nothing leaves the building and it answers with the internet unplugged. It is not as sharp as the frontier, and we will show you exactly where you would feel the difference rather than let you discover it later. Some people want the privacy more than the last stretch of capability. Others want both, and run the two side by side — the house model for anything private, the frontier for the heavy thinking. We build whichever the work actually calls for, and we will say plainly which one that is.
What makes it yours is the setup, not the model. Your people, your history, your files, the way you weigh a decision — assembled on your machine, arranged around you, and still there when we leave. It starts from you.
While we are teaching you, we connect to your machine only when you say so, and you can see what is being done: an instructor in the passenger seat, nothing more. When the session ends, we disconnect. We keep no copy of your files. After you finish, there is no connection left to make. The machine stays. We don’t.
Stays in your house. Your files, papers, notes and history, and everything the machine remembers about you. They live on the machine you own, and they are backed up to a drive in your house that you also own.
Leaves your house, in the standard setup. When you ask a question, the question and the parts of your documents needed to answer it are sent over an encrypted connection to the AI model, on an account in your own name, and the answer comes back. That company’s terms for your account govern what it does with them, and we show you those terms before you decide.
Leaves your house, in the house-only setup. Nothing. The model runs on your machine and works with the internet unplugged.
What we can see. Only during a teaching session, only when you say so, over a private, encrypted connection, and you watch what we do. When the session ends, we disconnect. After the last session, our access is removed for good, and we show you it is gone.
What we keep. No copies of your files. Ever.
What you keep. When we finish, a one-page sheet stays in your house: what is where, who can repair it, and the date our access was removed.
These are not packages, and this is not a menu. This is the sort of thing you do once the instrument is in the house and your world is on it.
The leverage you lost

The people
You choose the work; we teach you to make the machine do it.
If you would rather not have someone else’s assistant with a seat reserved for you — good. That is not what this is.
You get your own. Your own profile, your own memory, your own private space inside it, and your own teaching. You decide what it learns, what it remembers, and what it is for. Your doctors, your family, your letters, your work — on your side of it, and your spouse does not see them.
It is a household instrument, and half the household is yours.
Most of what is sold as AI does one particular job. We think that is backwards. You would not buy a piano that could only play Chopin.
You learn the instrument. You choose the work, and it helps you examine the work, develop it, and argue with it — but the judgment stays yours. That is the point of owning the thing rather than renting a service that has already decided what you need.
We come to you. We build the machine, bring it to your house, set it up in the room where you will actually use it, and start it while we are standing there.
Then we teach you, on your own real work rather than exercises. Early on, your world goes on the machine — the people, the papers, the way you weigh a decision. Soon after, you do three things you chose, start to finish, without us touching it, while we sit and watch. After that you stop following anyone’s method and build your own.
The last session is the one that matters: you teach the next person in the house. That is how we know it worked, and it is why this has an end.
A second seat. If someone else in the house should be able to use it too — a spouse, a son or daughter, the person who takes over — we teach them as well, with their own private space on the same machine.
It takes a few hours a week of your attention. If you cannot give it that, this is not worth your money, and we would rather say so early.
You can, and for looking things up you should. But it does not know you. It has never seen your trust, your accounts, your correspondence, or your family, and it belongs to somebody else. Knowing how to ask it a question is one skill. Keeping your own affairs on a computer you own, and running it yourself, is another. We teach the second.
It is a computer, and computers fail. The one we build is deliberately ordinary hardware, so anyone competent can repair or replace it, not only us. Ask on the call exactly what we do when a drive dies or a fan starts making noise in month eight — you should get a straight answer before you buy anything.
The machine is ready in an afternoon. The sessions are not for the machine. They are for the habit of turning to it — which is a way of working, not a piece of software, and nobody acquires it from a manual.
You will not be rushed and you cannot ask a stupid question. The machine never sighs, and the ninth time you ask gets the same patience as the first. You bring the life; we bring the patience.
Yes, and it can be confidently wrong, which is worse. Learning to check its work is part of the teaching rather than an afterthought — and it is one of the reasons a person sits with you instead of sending a video.
Because we do not know yet what you need, and a number on a page would be a guess dressed up as a fact. It is settled in a conversation, and if it is not a fit we will say so.
It starts with a conversation.
Leave your name, a number and the best time below, and we will ring you. On that call you tell us what you would want it to do.
